1– Draw Mandalas: represent yourself in your drawing of a personal mandala. 2– Understand your subconscious impulses: know and acknowledge your shadow, accept it and integrate it into your daily life. 3- Know your fears: understand and face your own fears. 4- Face your emotions: accept the painful emotions and sit with them. 5- Understand your dreams: dreams are the road o your suppressed feelings. 6- Practice enjoying your solitude: take time to be alone, think, meditate and learn more about yourself. 7- Ask others what they think about you: we have a lot of biases about ourselves.
